Katie's VIVIFY Session

This one was special. I have known Katie for well over 20 years. If my memory serves me correctly, 7th-grade band is where it all started.
When Katie reached out to me about doing a session, I was beyond flattered that she wanted ME to photograph HER. Artist (omg look at her beautiful artwork here) to artist and friend to a friend she valued my work.
Katie came all the way up from Auburn, Alabama for her Vivify session experience. She took the day to relax and recharge by getting a Mani/Pedi and her makeup done with the forever-talented Wink Hair and Makeup team. For Katie's crown, I chose burgundy calla lilies which represent vitality. I have always found Katie's energy to be contagious and spirited. I love the coloration of the crown that pairs beautifully with Katie's eyes and golden hair tones.
